The nose is sharp & the base cast mark has been left with a protruding sprue

Made in England, run thru a Southern port somewhere during the ACW & somehow ended up in Caroline County, Virginia. Condition is excellent. Notice the small hook is bent slightly to one side but does move freely around the brass bar. Patina is a flawless brown color.
