I actually really like The Nipton Lottery as a fantastic battlefield sweeper, since it doesnt necessarily set back everyones battlefield to zero creatures

While I still have some reservations, I find the D&D crossovers a lot easier to reconcile with Magics aesthetic (as I likely will with the Lord of the Rings set, and I am sure I would have were this set of precons focused on Warhammer Fantasy Battles, or even Age of Sigmar)

I dont want to see them in every set, since theyre mechanically complex, but they add so much depth to formats and are the perfect middleground pieces between actual cards and Magics lore

Now, though, it appears that more players are starting to rediscover the potent threat, and its demand has seen a pretty big boost
