This dry Charmat Method sparkling is simple, not pretentious, well made and easy going. As a result it is very enjoyable! Nose of cherry, red apple, strawberry and a touch of fresh herbs. The bubbles are judicious, not too in your face but present and pleasant, which helps to deliver a soft texture. The palate offers flavours of red cherry, rhubarb and nectarine, while the star feature of this
