It looks like Lumra is mainly seeing play with Hearthhull, the alternate commander from the World Shaper deck (not to be confused with the World Shaper card)

A GW hatebears deck actually won the most recent Bazaar of Moxen Modern event (307 players), and this would fit perfectly into a deck like that

There may even be some cards that use stickers and attractions in my top 10, but youll have to read on to find out

If the deck becomes big enough to force a direction in Standard deck-building that isnt more greed, I consider that to be a huge win even if Cycling itself falls out of competitive favor in the process

As a card with a serious Legacy pedigree, it's always a piece or two away from becoming part of an extremely obnoxious combo
