These engines also usually take quite a bit of setup and are not able to be set up by most decks without the proper items

Thraben Inspector gives us something we can play on Turn 1, and even though we have to sink some mana into cracking Clues, it does draw us a card eventually

Convoluted plays are exciting, but don't usually translate well into the actual game
